Marketing Manager
Your mission is to join the team of PhDs, Engineers and Q&R Specialists dedicated to the development and commercialization of a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) platform. This platform is aimed at helping Surgeons and Medical Device Designers to design, certify, and use innovative software to optimally plan and execute spine surgeries. You will work within a highly competent and motivated team whose purpose is to improve the quality of life of millions of patients around the globe by merging the latest and greatest in engineering technologies and medical sciences.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible of driving awareness, adoption, and engagement of MDsim’s innovative software and services among:
- Spine surgeons
- Medical doctors involved in spine care and prevention
- Manufacturers of spinal medical devices
- Prevention and Wellness adopters
- Patients
- Social Security, Insurance and Hospital Managers.
This role requires a blend of strategic marketing expertise, hands-on execution, and fluency in regulated
healthcare communications. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable leveraging marketing approaches,
including AI-driven campaigns, podcasts, social media storytelling, and digital-first outreach.
Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with MDsim’s business goals.
• Prioritize go-to-market efforts in the US and EU.
Campaign Execution
• Create targeted campaigns for spine surgeons, medical doctors, and spine device manufacturers.
• Design and manage digital marketing programs (email, paid ads, webinars, podcasts, social media).
• Optimize campaigns using AI-driven insights and automation tools.
Content & Communication
• Produce clear, accurate, and compliant marketing materials for regulated medical communication.
• Manage thought-leadership initiatives, including articles, case studies, and conference presentations.
• Support the launch of podcasts, webinars, and digital communities to engage with the spine care ecosystem.
Market Engagement
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), societies, and industry partners.
• Represent MDsim at trade shows, conferences, and digital events.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs.
Analytics & Optimization
• Track, measure, and report marketing performance across all channels.
• Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
Experience
3 to 10 years of marketing experience in medical technology, healthcare, or regulated industries.
Academic Background
Technical Skills
Demonstrated ability to market complex solutions to physicians and medical device manufacturers.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare marketing (US FDA, EU MDR).
• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and email automation.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, to manage leads, nurture prospects, and align marketing with sales.
• Experience using AI-powered marketing tools and innovative outreach channels (e.g., podcasts, webinars).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional EU languages are a plus)
Soft Skills
• Fluent in English and French, additional languages welcomed
