SPINEsim Case Lab Episode 2: Recurrent Pain After L5-S1 360° Fusion
We are pleased to invite you to our next SPINEsim Case Lab, a live case driven discussion where Henri-Arthur Leroy explores a challenging case of a 38-year-old patient who underwent an L5–S1 360° fusion, combining ALIF and posterior pedicle screw fixation, in 2024 and presents with recurrent pain in 2026. What to do when imaging says everything is OK?
The session will include peer discussion moderated by Roger Härtl, a retrospective biomechanical analysis of the case, and live audience interaction through polls and Q&A.
Designed for spine surgeons, researchers, and device innovators, the session aims to explore how biomechanics and predictive modelling may support better surgical planning and help reduce revision risk.
